How HelloSign for WCC Works
To initiate a signature, find the document you’d like to send and click on the “action” menu. Choose “Send for eSignature.” Now you’re ready to prepare your document for signature. You’ll be able to add fields for the signer to fill out like text, checkboxes, dates, and initials.
Tracking the status of the signature is also a breeze.. You can view the “Process State” of your document’s status at any time. When your document is signed by all the required parties, you’ll see the status change to “Completed”.
You’ll get email notifications every time a signer opens and signs the document. You’ll always be on top of your outstanding documents.
