Avail is a two-sided marketplace that enables DIY landlords to list their properties, screen prospective tenants, initiate lease agreements, and facilitate rent payments. Before integrating with HelloSign, we only offered landlords two options for leasing: 1) to use our provided legal lease templates, or 2) upload a previously signed lease that the landlord may already have. With the integration, we are now offering a third option, giving landlords ability to upload a ready-to-sign lease so they can initiate e-signatures with their tenants.

I love that HelloSign fits our use case so well. We want landlords to be able to upload their lease documents, see them clearly on an iFrame, and be able to request e-signatures from their tenants. Providing a user experience like this enables our DIY landlords to trust our product and ensure that their documents are secure.
